Every volunteer must create their own account by registering. This is necessary in order to schedule volunteer hours. One person cannot schedule multiple people to work the same shift. For example, if a parent would like to schedule family members to work the same shift, each family member must have his/her own account.
The tournament cannot run successfully without each volunteer fulfilling the hours he/she scheduled. Accordingly, volunter hours cannot be cancelled. If a volunteer cannot fulfill the hours scheduled, it is the responsibility of the volunteer to find a replacement. In the event a volunteer fails to fulfill the scheduled hours, FC Milwaukee reserves the right to bill the family $30.00 for each hour not worked. If a situation arises that prevents a volunteer from working scheduled hours, please contact Lynn Von Rueden.
8/13/08 Scheduling of hours must be completed by Thursday, 8/14/08 at 10:00 p.m. Scheduling of available volunteer hours after that must be done at Uihlein, Rotary Park or River Barn on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
